For the Purchase of Firearms from Precision Hunting Supply, Online or Instore

Residents of Arizona:

Must have a state-issued ID (AZ Driver License preferred) that has their CURRENT address listed on it. No exceptions.

Arizona residents CAN buy, and walk out with, firearms from PHS after completion of a 4473 and background check.

Arizona residents who hold a valid AZ Concealed Carry Permit (CCP) are not required to perform a background check.  AZ CCP must have been issued to the holder within the last 5 years.

 

Non-Residents of Arizona:

CAN buy a firearm from PHS, however they CANNOT walk out with it.  Rather, PHS will transfer the firearm to an FFL of their choice (in their home state) where a 4473 and background check will be completed. No exceptions.

 

Online Firearm Purchases:

Anyone US resident can purchase a firearm from PHS, granted they meet their current state and federal requirements.  21 years old for handguns, 18 years old for rifles and shotguns.

Online firearm purchases will be shipped (transferred) to the FFL Certified Dealer of their choice in their home state where a 4473 and background check will be completed.

 

For the Purchase of AMMUNITION from Precision Hunting Supply, Online or Instore

Must be 21 years old to purchase handgun ammunition.  Must be 18 years old to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition.
