Ravin recommends replacing strings and cables every 2 years or 400 shots, whichever comes first. This replacement kit is designed specifically for the R26, R26X, and R5X crossbow platforms.

For those choosing to perform their own maintenance, Ravin requires the use of the Ravin Bow Press. Carefully review all instructions and safety warnings before installation. The Ravin Bow Press is intended only for compatible Ravin crossbows and should not be used on other models.
